You can apply for TECH>U E-SERVICES by visiting any TECU branch with two forms of valid picture ID.
You will receive an e-mail via the e-mail address provided during the application process. Click on the button in the e-mail and you will be redirected to a form, where you have to enter your credentials. After successful completion of the form, your online account will be fully functional.
All up-to-date browsers should be able to facilities access to TECH>U E-SERVICES. Among these are Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari, Opera, etc. Nevertheless, if you experience problems with your browser please e-mail or message TECU with information about the browser, its version and we will assist to solve the problem.
Click the link "Forgot password?" on your sign-in page. Then enter your user id or e-mail used during registration, along with your secret question/answer combination. You will receive an e-mail with information about your new credentials.
You have to visit the nearest TECU branch and request assistance. A representative will reset your credentials and you will receive an e-mail containing a link. The link loads a page to enter your sign in password, transaction password and secret question/answer. The same process as previously done for your user account for during registration.
